The real spine-breaker of my life are my parents
Being with them, I could smell the positive fragrance!
My parents are always special in every way,
Encouraging me more and more each passing day
You’ve never said no to any of my stuff
I know you’ve worked really hard for me
You’ve both helped me through many trials and tribulations
You’ve made things better in every situation
You both are the reason why I’m so strong
With you two at the helm not a thing could go wrong
You’ve made feel confident, when I felt unconfident
Thank you both for always being there,
And showing me that you truly care
As you do everything for me,
I’m never gonna stop fulfilling my dream
One day, I’m sure that proud moment will happen in our life
You are gonna be my proud Mama, Appa
Words could never explain how I feel about you
But I hope you know that I truly love you two!!
I truly love you two.
- Divyalakshmi S, G11
You only came to power once!
But you did as good as many regimes speak!
You are an example of simplicity!
Our Tamil Nadu people are the breath of your life!
He forgot himself, thought of others,
Forgot his home and lived for the country!
He built many dams and stored water!
The one who protects agriculture with that water!
The time he lived was epic!
The years he lived were golden!
This is the great leader who has served to see the upliftment
In the lives of the poor simple people!
He is the one who did without the uneducated
Because the country will prosper if education is better!
One who renounces his well-being to live for the good of others.
The one who has duty as the eye!
He was born before independence and worked for our country!
He is the one who lived the ideal life!
This is the leader who does not like millions!
Honesty is his identity and simplicity his incarnation.

Kudos to the man behind the education today,
For making us a mouldable clay.
He’s the man to be thanked everyday,
For giving us a thornless pathway.
He lived a life of easy-peasy,
For he believed in democracy.
His memories never fade away,
Anchored like a positive portray.
He was an immaculate individual,
Who lived in a vision of inter-individual
Let’s celebrate his day,
With no further delay
